We need “Backstage Angels”
for our Dance Rehearsal and Showcase on May 17-18

One of the most important jobs during the rehearsal and recital are the "Backstage Angels"- parents who volunteer to help backstage during dress rehearsal and recital.

The teachers will be busy lining up classes, getting them on the stage, directing them and leading them off, so they will not be able to help backstage.

We will need approximately 12-15 volunteers - moms or dads or even older sisters or brothers (over 15) who will watch the children, help the little ones with their costume pieces, take them to the bathroom, etc.

As a volunteer, you will only be responsible for the group you are assigned to, and that group will not be more than 10 children.

Of COURSE, if you are a parent of a dancing child, a seat will be saved for you in the audience so that you can watch your child dance!

We expect some children to come equipped with crayons and coloring books. We will also have DVD player so they can watch a movie. You can read stories to them as well.
