Under the direction of Miss Elena (Elena Migunov), a Russian-born pianist, Bravo Academy in Boca Raton offers students the top quality education that Miss Elena has been delivering for 25 years in Los Angeles, New England, Upstate New York, South Florida.

In 1979, Elena immigrated to the USA and founded Prelude Music Studio, the largest and most successful music school in Los Angeles. Among Elena's students were children and grandchildren of many celebrities, including Gregory Peck, Lucille Ball, Shirley Jones, O.J. Simpson, John Candy.

In 1994, she moved to Boca Raton, Florida, and founded Bravo! Academy of Performing Arts. At the moment, Bravo Academy has two convenient locations - in East Boca Raton, and Central Boca Raton.

Large variety of music and dance classes

A diversity of instruments is taught at two Bravo Academy locations  - piano, guitar, violin, drums, flute, viola, saxophone, and more. We also offer voice and Musical Theater classes. The school dance programs include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-hop, Zumba for kids. For our adult students we offer music instruments' lessons, Zumba, and Ballroom Line Dancing.
 

Our Teachers

Bravo Academy has currently about 40 teachers. Teachers are carefully screened for their education and experience. Background checks are conducted on all instructors. All of our music and theater teachers have a minimum of a university degree in music with many holding masters' degrees. Our dance teachers are all experienced in the style they teach. Bravo Academy teachers are chosen not only for their qualifications, but for their ability to relate to the students.

Each student is matched up with a teacher that best meets his/her needs.
 

Q. What are the detailed qualifications of your teachers?

R. All our teachers have extensive experience and a minimum of a university degree in music, dance, or theater. We have too many on staff to send out resumes on all of them. Once you decide on a day and time, we will give you all the information on that particular teacher. There is no point giving you all the information on a teacher that you won't be taking lessons with, or who does not have space available on their schedule.
